Crisis Management

Crisis Resolution - working with industry and government to resolve natural and manmade catastrophes that negatively impact operations.  The most recent service is serving as a Project Manager/Incident Commander for the Anthrax remediation of the former AMI building in Boca Raton, FL.  Prior to that the US Congress selected SSA as the Incident Commander for the US Capitol Anthrax Incident. SSA had overall management responsibility for the incident during both the response and remedial phases to resolve the largest and most significant biological attack ever attempted against the United States.

Emergency Management in the WMD Environment - working with government and industry to develop effective management technologies for use during a crisis, specifically those created by Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).  Includes management training, educational modules, organizational design and managment services.
Ethics

Business and Government Ethics - working with executive level managers to develop and implement ethics programs in the workplace.  Today's world of business and government has demonstrated a significant need for this type of consulting.

Medical Ethics - working with the medical community to develop appropriate ethics training for medical staff and participating in hospital committees and government and industry about medical issues such as euthanasia, cloning and zenotransplantation.

Environmntal Ethics - working with industry and government to ensure that ethical approaches and means are considerd when environmental uses are being planned or implemented.
Consequence Management

Biological, Chemical and Radiological Defense and Security - working with government and industry to develop means of protection against potential attacks by terrorists, both domestic and foreign using biological, chemical and/or radiological weapons or Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).

Nuclear, Biologic and Chemical Casualty Management - Educating and training field medical responders, emergency medicine practitioners and other medical personnel to recognize and deal with patients or victims of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).
